Reps Direct 396 issued on 5th September provided guidance for members who may have an equal pay claim arising from Agenda for change. The advice included dates for the submission of potential claims to the Equal Pay Unit at Sheffield. Those dates were related to administration matters and members who believe they have an equal value claim can submit their claim after those dates. However, any claim must be made within six months of the date of an individual assimilation to Agenda for Change.
