The NHS Staff Council meeting on 21 November 2005 reaffirmed the status of Annex U of the AfC Agreement Arrangements for Pay and banding of Trainees. Any attempt by NHS organisations to undermine this aspect of the agreement should be dealt with by the normal procedures. Agreed joint guidance to the implementation of Annex U can be found on:
