Guidance on provisions formerly contained in General Whitley Council for which there is either no equivalent in AfC or which have been left to local determination. The attached table identifies issues which may require local negotiations because this is part of the AfC agreement or where a previous GWC provision has not been included in the AfC terms and conditions handbook. Reps should work with colleagues in their local staff sides to ensure that the appropriate negotiations are undertaken.
