JEG guidance on review evidence Colleagues, The NHS staff council executive has approved the attached guidance from JEG which clarifies the process to be followed where a second matching panel is undertaking a review of a first matching outcome. This guidance was required since it was apparent that many second matching panels were reviewing all 16 profile JE factors when postholders seeking a review had identified a few factors which they believed had been incorrectly scored. Could reps please ensure that Unite members who have submitted second matching reviews and reps who serve on matching panels are made aware of this new guidance.
