1. Immediate and Urgent Action - 2nd Tranche of Job Evaluation

Please find attached (electronically for e-mail, by hardcopy for fax) the second tranche of jobs for the Job Evaluation exercise being undertaken as part of the Agenda for Change talks. The Job Evaluation exercise will determine your position on one of three salary scales that will replace the present salary structure. Therefore this is key to how much you will get paid under the new pay system.

The Department of Health is seeking to identify Trusts where these jobs listed can be evaluated and have sought assistance from MSF and other staff side organisations. Can you help?
