Please find attached an application form to attend the Amicus day conference on Rolling out Agenda for Change in Mental Health. Amicus representatives and stewards of all professions working in mental health and psychological services are advised to attend.
The conference will take place between 11am - 4pm at Moreland Street office, address below.
Lunch and refreshments are provided.
The conference will consider the outcome of the Early Implementer trusts the tasks that could be undertaken over the summer months and the best practice for implementation. Places are limited so please submit your application as soon as possible using the attached form.
