Trade union and employer representatives met 23 November 2004 and agreed to sign off AfC following Amicus and Unison ballots in favour of the agreement.
Rollout from 1 December 2004 will now go ahead with an effective pay date off October 2004.
The full Terms and Conditions of Service Handbook and Agenda for Change Final Agreement will be circulated via Reps Direct and available at workplace representative/steward training events. Additional copies should be made available to staffside organisations at local employer level.
