Agenda for Change: Health Sector Training Programme for Workplace Reps

Amicus Education Department and the Health Sector have organised a series of national two-day residential training courses. These courses will be held at a number of different venues. The content of the course will focus on Agenda for Change and will cover: -

  • The key issues of the AfC agreement
  • The content of the AfC Terms and Conditions Handbook
  • Monitoring of the rollout of AfC and Partnership Working
  • The review of unsocial hours arrangements
  • The Knowledge and Skills Framework

The course will be available from February until October 2005. The details of courses arranged so far are below, there will be updates on this programme with additional dates and venues through to October; reps who wish to attend one of these training courses should complete and return the application form as soon as possible, where reps have colleagues who do not receive Reps Direct could they please ensure that they receive copies of the programme of dates and application form.

All courses on the dates below will be held at Northern College, Barnsley, Yorkshire

February 17th -18th

March 1st - 2nd

March 3rd - 4th

March 31st - 1st April

September 15th - 16th

September 29th - 30th
