Guy's and St Thomas's hospital trust was the early implementer trust with the largest number of staff.
It has produced in partnership a comprehensive set of protocols and policies dealing with job evaluation, terms and conditions, KSF and reviews and appeals.
This has led to the production of a terms and conditions handbook which is attached and which reps should find useful for the AfC work that they are undertaking in their own trusts.
