Pay Claim There was considerable discussion within Staff Side Pharmaceutical Whitley Council on what should constitute the pay claim for 2002/2003. It was noted that a meeting of Joint Chairs and Secretaries of PWC had been arranged for January 2002. Once the pay claim is formulated, it is planned to send a note of the key points to all members. It is also planned to have a discussion on pay matters at the Group Delegates Meeting in February.

Medeva medals The closing date for nominations for the Medeva Gold and Silver medals is 31st December. Nominations should be sent to me along with a full CV as soon as possible. For those unaware of these medals, they are presented each year to pharmacists who have made considerable contributions to the profession. The Silver Medal is for contributions at local level while the Gold is for contributions at National Level.

www.ghpscot.org.uk mailing lists It is my intention to set up two mailing lists for GHP members only. The first will be for rapid dissemination of important information and the only person able to post messages will be myself. So any information you would like to send out through it would need to be sent to myself in the first instance.
Details of both the lists will be made available shortly.
