Unsocial Hours Review The NHS staff council's unsocial hours review sub group has met to consider the outcome of the consultation which ended on 20th April. In light of the responses which were received it was concluded that further work was required and the anticipated implementation date for any new agreement - 1st October 2007 - could not be achieved. As a consequence the chairs of the employers side and staff side have written to the Department of Health outlining the current position. This letter is attached.
